Getting Started

NC State Stories is a platform for publishing and sharing narrative content. It helps you tell the stories of NC State.

In addition to being able to create a news site with NC State Stories, you can also create digital publications with the Enhanced News Add-on.

The platform is built using WordPress’s Gutenberg editor. Gutenberg allows you to build out posts on the back-end of your site in a more visual manner. What you see on the back-end is very similar to what you see on the front-end, so content population is easier and requires less guesswork.

Posts Are Built With Blocks

NC State Stories uses Gutenberg blocks to allow for easy story creation.

Sharing Posts Via Newswire

Posts can be shared via Newswire for other units on campus to republish.
