Selecting Recipients
Several tools are available to select and curate contacts within Acoustic.
Each sending unit within Acoustic has queries defined that pull relevant subpopulations from the university-maintained faculty, staff, student, alumni, and donor databases. These queries can be selected when sending an email.
You can also create queries on your own database to select a subpopulation of your constituents.
Acoustic also allows you to create a contact list that acts a manually curated list of constituents from your database.
