After he graduates from NC State, Park Scholar Nikhil Milind will head to Stanford University to pursue a Ph.D. in genetics as a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow. The five-year fellowship, which Milind worked with NC State’s University Fellowships Office to apply for, provides three years of financial support including an annual stipend of $34,000 and a cost of education allowance of $12,000.
